We are not a licensed security company under the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) for guard deployment, rather, we provide oversight and compliance evaluations for organizations using such services.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into contracts under Nigerian law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, tools, and reports generated by GallantBull remain our intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify these materials without permission.

You acknowledge and accept that our services are advisory and do not replace internal security management or law enforcement.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GallantBull, its officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of our website or services, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use of provided content.

9. Payment Terms

Clients are billed as per the service package or agreement. Payment is required before or upon delivery of the service unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may attract administrative charges.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds will be assessed based on the extent of work completed and expenses incurred. No refunds apply after inspection reports have been delivered.

11. Amendments

GallantBull reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients and users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising shall first be subject to amicable settlement. If unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.
